How It Works:

Organization Enrollment: The consultant enrolls an organization by entering its details, setting up departments, and assigning supervisors.
Staff Access: Staff members are added by the organization admin and can log in using their company emails.
Weekly Task Management: Staff create weekly task envelopes, select the week and month, and define tasks or targets. Tasks are updated with statuses: Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
Supervisor Review: Supervisors monitor progress, approve completed tasks, or provide feedback for revisions.
Performance Reporting: Task statuses are scored (0 for Not Started, 1 for In Progress, 2 for Completed), generating performance insights to help organizations identify strengths and areas for improvement.
