Our platform makes performance tracking simple, structured, and effective. Here’s how it works for organizations, supervisors, and staff:

Step 1: Organization Enrollment

We start by enrolling your organization into the platform. Departments are created, and staff are added with their company emails for secure access.

Step 2: Staff Create Weekly Tasks

Every week, staff log in to the platform and create a weekly task

Step 3: Updating Task Status

As the week progresses, staff update the status of their tasks:

This ensures transparency and accountability throughout the week.

Step 4: Supervisor Review

At the end of the week, the supervisor reviews all staff tasks:

  • Approves completed tasks.
  • Sends back tasks for revision if necessary.
  • Updates the status where needed.

Step 5: Performance Reports

The system automatically calculates performance ratings based on task statuses:
