Home How It Works

One loop.
Every week.
Without fail.

My Weekly Track runs on a simple, repeating weekly cycle — Plan, Execute, Review, Continue. Understand exactly how it works, who does what, and what you get at the end.

Plan

Staff set their weekly tasks

At the start of every week, each staff member logs into My Weekly Track and adds their tasks for the week. These tasks are not random — they are tied directly to the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring that day-to-day work is always aligned with what the organization is trying to achieve.

Task groups are auto-generated The system creates a new task group for each week automatically — staff just fill it in
Add, edit, or remove before submission Tasks can be adjusted freely before the staff member submits them to their supervisor
Tied to organizational goals Every task connects back to the strategy — not just a to-do list, but aligned execution

Execute

The work gets done

Staff carry out their planned tasks throughout the week. My Weekly Track doesn't interfere with how work gets done — it simply ensures the plan exists and is tracked. Staff can still add tasks, edit, or update during the week as long as the supervisor hasn't reviewed yet and the organization's threshold allows it.

Work continues as normal My Weekly Track tracks performance without disrupting how your team operates
Tasks can still be updated Before supervisor review, staff can adjust their task list to reflect what actually happened
One person, multiple roles A staff member in one context can be a supervisor in another — roles switch easily

Review

Supervisor marks every task

At the end of the week, the supervisor opens the review screen and goes through each task submitted by their staff members. They assign a status to every task — Done, In Progress, or Not Started — then add a remark and complete the review. This is the accountability layer. This is where raw activity becomes reviewed performance data.

Every task gets a status Done · In Progress · Not Started — each task marked individually
Supervisor adds a remark Overall comment on the week's performance — recorded permanently
Completion rate is calculated After review, each staff member sees their percentage and color-coded score

New tasks. Next week. Repeat.

A new week begins. A new task group is auto-generated. Staff plan again. Supervisors review again. And the data accumulates. Week by week, the organization builds something most never have — a real, consistent, measurable record of performance. That record becomes the foundation for reports, decisions, and growth.

Performance data accumulates Week on week, month on month — a growing record of real organizational performance
