Setup is very fast. Once your organization is enrolled, the admin configures departments, supervisors, and staff. Most organizations are fully set up and running within a day. We'll guide you through the process during your demo or trial onboarding.

You pay per active user, per month. So if you have 20 staff, that's UGX 300,000 per month. For organizations with over 100 users, pricing is negotiable — contact us directly to discuss.

After your free trial month ends, you simply start paying UGX 15,000 per user per month to continue. We'll remind you before the trial ends and help you transition smoothly. There's no obligation to continue if it's not the right fit.

Yes. My Weekly Track is built for real organizational complexity. A person can be a staff member in one context and a supervisor or admin in another. They switch between roles using the role button in the top-right of the app.

The system is designed to be intuitive. Most supervisors pick it up within minutes. We provide user guides for all three roles — Staff, Supervisor, and Admin — and we include a walkthrough as part of your demo or trial onboarding.

Yes. Your organization's data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized users within your organization. Staff see their own data, supervisors see their team's data, and admins see organization-wide data — access is role-based.
